I’m sorry to say that I’m probably shallow enough to do that - at least at the beginning. But will still leave a gap to change my mind after I talk to the P (for better/worse).

I would watch and observe (as long as the kids dun have to dress like her) but I definitely hope she does not conduct any of the classes on aesthetics…

First impressions always plays a big part. But you have to observe her. If she is good with children and she manages her staff and all well, maybe she just has bad taste in clothing. Give her a chance. Speak to her to see what she's like. -
