Hi, Neo. Is Adam Khoo good? Is it similar to MindChamp? There seem to be so many of these program that makes it very confusing.

Hi,
Just managed to find out from another mum. Her P3 attended the Power learning camp in Dec 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, she mentioned that don’t expect immediate miraculous results as mind mapping is a life long skills to be nurtured.
I will let my p3 try out the creative writing with mind mapping this March. -
We were recommended to go for Tony Buzan’s mind mapping course. Apparently, this is a great fundamental skill to have, not just for note taking, but for organization of ideas for composition and essay writing.
We probably won’t go for another few years, but some people might benefit earlier from this. -
Ya, I think mind mapping is a great skill all children should learn too. And from what I gathered, mind mapping has laws/rules to follow so as to maximise its usage… Initially I thought it was just drawing arrows to join from one point to another… I really shld find out more about this school.
Any more feedbacks from parents who sent their kids to this school b4? -
MMM:
Hi MMM, my girl attended the power learning camp in Dec 09 too and also enjoyed it. Its the 5 day camp.. she wrote me a letter of appreciation thanking me for all the trouble I took driving her for classes and feeding her etc.. Its not like her to write me such a letter so I guess the camp did her good. Why dnt u wait till the mid yr holiday for the 5 day camp instead. Theres a discount on the fees if u continue with the c.w course.Hi,
