Just called PA to ask about procedure obtaining the letter as prove to the schools for Phase 2B, P1 registration.They mentioned that there's a need to logon to grassroot connections to apply and there should be a link at the home page but I could not find the P1 registration link anywhere. Perhaps the application has not opened yet. Is this the norm or has PA just implement this?

This is the norm. The application link will be made available when the date is nearer and the announcement is typically make through your chairman during the meeting
