I think some new maids might put off plan to come to S'pore now. It is better for them to wait till next Jan so they could enjoy one off day per week.

Yup..therefore Straits Times mentioned that some agency are resorting to engage older maids..as most like to wait till the new legislation kicks in.

Mine is already quite old i think - 33yrs old
