Nhc8802: I nvr fill in The form. Skipping it cos might opt for CFPS ultimately. Prefer Huamin cos of Cca got bowling. Hehe. U?

i am thinking of wither Huamin or Northview.


Intially also considered Northland cos all 3 schools are within 1 km. While Northland need to undergo balloting within 1km; and there’s no covered linkway nor shelters…i can’'t imagine how i am going to manage to send my girl with my boy who is only 2yrs and especially rainy season like monsoon.

Huamin is nearest but they appeared that they r only very focused on Arts (as far as i know from websites)…so would like to checkout Northview too. vexed!!

Went to their open house earlier today. Am impressed by their art galleries..wouldn't expect that standard from young children. But of course, they only showed the best (which school wouldn't?)

The school look condusive enough and a stress free environment for study. No major reno in near future (so no need to worry about shifting to temp premises in near future lah

My SIL has two kids in Huamin. One p1 one p2… Lots of hw, has Tuiton but still alot of hw… Hais. I don’t wan my boy to be over occupied w sch work. But I like the Cca bowling cos my boy is interested in bowling. So now still have time to consider between chongfu & Huamin.

Hi rykiel,

Wouldn’t you expect more hw from Chongfu than Huamin instead? General would think that Huamin is less academic based as compared to CF since their approach is towards holistic.
CF should be more fierce and competitive than the rest of the schools around the area.
But of course, that would very much depending on how good the child (and parents) can cope.
