          Dear All SAHM,

I am new in this thread :salute: ,I am now a SAHM ( coming to the 10th month...).

I am starting to feel unproductive and honestly...useless, seems like I have not made sufficient contributions to the family.

I want to know is this the \"usual, normal\" feelings for \"beginner SAHM\" is this common? I am feeling insurcured and unsure now .......... :frustrated:

btw, can someone tells me what does, DD,DS,DH....mean?

Being a SAHM is a BIG contribution to the family ... never belittle yourself or your self worth. I believe you have been working before you become a SAHM ?

Take up a hobby and if can, go out with your girlfriends - you will feel better or you can KSP here πŸ˜‰ You will feel better in no time. :imcool:

Like HFMD… sometimes the milder ones don’t really pop out that many spots but… the virus is still in the body. In these off cases, most schools will require a clearance letter from the same doctor from the first visit for the child to be allowed to resume school. My DD1 had a mild case of HFMD breakout. The rashes cleared few hours after we took her back home… showered and rested… we had to get clearance letter from doctor (designated school doctor) plus a second opinion (another letter) from our family doctor, before she was allowed to join her class.
