I read it out of interest cos i took up Lit during my secondary school days and i loved it. Really regret for not pursuing that interest cos my dad was advising me then to take up accounting or business course instead .. :sad:

            Eh... nope. My DD is P6 this year. I read it out of interest cos i took up Lit during my secondary school days and i loved it. Really regret for not pursuing that interest cos my dad was advising me then to take up accounting or business course instead .. :sad:
            Ahhhh, so that explains it :idea:

            Ummmmmm, for me, majoring in Lit kinda killed my interest in it for a while. I was an undergrad overseas and was under extreme pressure to do well. \"Must come back with good honors\", was what I was told :scared:

            Thankfully though, it was temporary. Once home and in NIE and thereafter teaching in school, the passion automatically returned - whew πŸ˜“ πŸ˜„

            Nowsadays, it's either biographies or parenting books. No time for heavy duty reading liao. Think, have to put serious reading on hold for the next couple of years, at least until my 2 boys are much older lah ...

              yes, yes... those reading can wait but to miss out on our chidren's childhood -no way ! They just grow up so fast ! Sometimes wish time would just standstill for a while πŸ™
