Must teach the kids to protect themselves. A lot of horrible things happen especially in the computer labs where the doors are closed and where, often, external vendors are asked to come in to conduct lessons. Can you imagine? All those sweet kids are sitting targets for a paedophile cos they have been trained to 'keep quiet and not disturb the class' even if the 'teacher' does 'strange' things. Train, train, train our kids to shout and scream and run if anyone touches them!!!!

I have a couple of friends with another school of thought... that pre-teaching children to pre-empt and also look out for such characters can make children overly paranoid over everyone they meet. Imagine looking at all male teachers one kind and they recluse into a scary corner where they see evil everywhere... in everyone.

Train to shout and scream not just cos someone touches them. Must tell them to answer immediately when we call for them so we know they're there where they said they would be.. cannot wander off without telling or asking for permission first.

I let my dd read the new paper article about the neighbourhood doctor who does free check-ups on children as young as 8 and 9 years old.. he will lead them to deserted staircases equipped with thermometer and stethoscope. This sick doctor is in his 50s.. he tells them he needs them to undress to be able to check them thoroughly... and later tells them he needs to blindfold them to administer medication cos the medicine / juice can splash into their eyes and it might hurt...

When the child asked what's that medicine he just gave, he said when you grow up you can ask your teacher or your parents.

My friend's maid took my friend's 4 year old son's penis in her mouth and played with it. It was a good thing that my friend had taught him the parts of the body... where he should not allow himself to be touched... and to say \"Stop that. I don't like it.\" He also knew how to tell his Mom.

My friend sent her home on the earliest flight 2 days later. When confronted at the airport, the maid declared \"He likes it.\" My friend was speechless. Good thing it happened only once so I don't think the 4 year old was too badly imprinted.

Whether we like it or not, humans are biologically wired to like sex. The nerves in the privates are linked to parts of the brain that produce pleasure hormones. For a child who is so touched by an adult, he/she feels something, first strange... and then pleasurable. It can thus be true when the offending adult asserts that the child LIKES it after long term imprinting. It doesn't mean the child is a slut or is cheap.

I know I would try and castrate a man who messed with my DD. I'm not sure what to do with a WOMAN who messed with my son. Chop off her tongue?
