I am just back and it's really good buy! Yes, by far the best book fair I've been to and price is fabulous. Managed to get lots of kids and adult books too - just too good to miss. Good that I brought along a trolley bag and stuff all my books in!

:rahrah:

They mentioned the next one they wil be organizing will be in June, at the Expo as well. So look out for it

Much as I would luv to go again, I think my hubby (and kids) may even ban me from going as I've spent nearly 3 hrs there (late and they were waiting)and lug home loads of books  But of course I would luv to hear news of MPH book fair again and find another excuse to go look see

Btw, where do you receive info of such book fair?
I didn't know about it until someone posted the info on this thread. Think its on the previous page. I didn't intend to go actually cuz the book cabinet is overflowing, and there are bags of books under mine and DH's study table. But it so happened that I woke up early on Sat, DS1 had a sleepover at MIL's, DH was sleeping peacefully, so I left DS2 with helper, took the car and 'escaped'

When DH finally woke up and called, it was too late, I had made payment liao but I did promise him that I will clear the 'old stock'. So looks like I have to make a few postings over at the Garage Sale thread

Autumnbronze, now that Hquek has mentioned about checking the Singapore Expo website, I'm sure you will plan for the early Sat morning wake-up in Jun Don't worry, I'll probably plan for an \"escape\" too to go to the next sale
