Good that you are considering TCM. I come across one at Kembangan - Yu Guo. Not bad, but a bit expensive.

However, I had a knowledge which can helps you out in the longer term. There is phelgm is because your body are removing the germs and bacterias within you.

Thanks very much KS, I will look out for Yu Guo. Now that you said it, I do recall someone mentioned this to me before but that was sometime ago.

My phelgms are almost gone, but I'll still go check it out later this week because I heard TCM could help us with long term good. Nowadays need a good throat to be able to scream and shout for DS when he seomtimes runs too fast.........

we watched The Avengers last Saturday and DD loved it! we let her watch it because she's seen almost all of the individual movies (Ironman 1&2, Capt America, Thor).
is it too violent? for me, the first hour is quite violent. but next hour is full of comedy!

she was laughing so hard! and now she's saying she wants to watch it again... :nunchuk:

DH and DS went for the movie yesterday night... it was a kind of \" Mens \" night as DH says....
DS love the the character but then he say it is too confusing not sure whether he copy his dads comment...

But anyway, he enjoy it... :imcool:
