Ya lor... my relative just rented out his 3room HDB flat at Marine Parade at $2400 fully furnished. I am sure if he mai hiam, can still fetch about $2000 unfurnished ?

A silly question…if a local and PR married and bought a flat, but one fine day the PR decided to disappear like the above case, I guess the Singaporean can file for separation then proceed with the divorce. But how to strike the PR’ s name from the joint tenancy if the PR does not appear at all or is uncontactable?
