Mine not only has endless stories, got endless questions as well. If you give half past six answer won't be satisfied... and will keep bugging for complete answer. -

:idea: Have you tried by asking back ,\"What do you think the answer is ? Why ?\"
By asking back the question to the child, it forces them to think instead of getting an answer from you first.
DH and I used it on my DD when she was younger cos she was very talkative too, always asking \"why this\" ; \"why that\" ...
Disclaimer: the above suggestion helps when the child is younger .... Because ......
Now she has the answer first and start posing the questions as quiz to test us during the car ride or at home :faint: (it doesn't reduce her ability to talk non-stop when she grows up !
