I like reading biographies!!! Especially those who suffered when their country was in turmoil be it war, civil war due to religion, politics etc .... even though about serial killers πŸ˜„

The first one I read was about Marilyn Monroe when I was in secondary
school. I am extremely fascinated by her. The 2nd one was entitled \"Not Without My Daughter\". After that, I got hooked on to them too.

Reading most of them make realize how fortunate I am, leading a normal
life, if you know what I mean πŸ˜„

Yes yes and dh is like ur tears alot hor can read and cry nonstop and yet will never stop buying but honestly read le can tell yourself no matter how
much i went thrugh i did not suffer that bad like how they did

I heard of It and Dave. Haven't read that yet.

Currently reading Denial. It's about a female expert on terrorism, the sort who will travel all the way to Pakistan to interview terrorists to find out what makes them tick. She and her sister were raped when they were in their teens. She suppressed her emotions after that. It was a coping mechanism. She became unafraid of danger. In this book, she tries to reopen her case because the rapist was never caught. When she first reported the matter, the police did not believe her and her sister. They lived in a small town and they could not accept the fact that a stranger had entered their house and violated them. In her research, she finds out that
he has also attacked other girls. As she delves into his and her history, she begins to realize and understand how she has been duly affected by the horrific incident and how it has shaped her to be the kind of person she is.
