No news on PAP rally huh.


I feel that the rain last night might have helped to garner support for WP. With their MPs braving heavy downpour but still giving their speech on the stage and lasting till the end. Sometimes it's all these little actions that matters. Hope none of them fall sick as Pritam's voice seems alittle breaking away when he delivered his speech.

I thought everyone would run away but surprisingly, we still see alot of people on the field. I woke up to find overwhelming support for them on FB.

I believe PAP rally will be tomorrow night. Then Friday will be the one day cooling period before 26th May.

I just feel that all these election and rallies are about playing a emo game on the voters. Playing with our hearts and minds towards the party that we’ve preference for.

Also got fishballs seller... and the taste (esp chilli sauce) reminded me of the fishcake that my grandma used to buy for me after my Kindy class when I was 5 years old and still in a kampung.....

I believe that's the same reason why some people keep going back to attend the rally.

My guess is the turnout for the WP will still be better that the PAP. Better in terms of genuine supporters who come individually or in groups and not by the bus loads (pre-arranged with free meals offers)

With the advance of technology, we can always watch the rallies online. So if I were to choose, I will go WP rally to experience the 气氛 (which I think only by being there then can really 体验 ) and watch PAP speeches online.

WP site has more variety of food stall some more !

That was my initial impression. But I think Pris.tang meant GE2011???

I actually thought Gerald is not bad. I always think WP made the right decision to put him as NCMP rather than Eric, etc... It's about talent building. He was able to get people's attention during rally. However he is a NCMP so don't think he can run as well.
