Can someone tell me how much the ballet cca is? And for the P1, are they helped by the teacher to change into their attire for the class etc? Any school bus service to send them home after that?

        Thanks.

              Hi essential,

We are in the same boat...one in P6 and making me very worried. The other one in p2, on my nerves with her constant forgetfulness. Don't know how to split myself....although son has tuition, I cannot leave him to tutors completely, still have to follow up on his progress. If I had known education is this scary, I would have stopped at 1, although my daughter brings great joy.

MOE insists they did not change syllabus, but why is my daughter having to face such tough CA/SA when there are not supposed to have exams ? Maths Models at p2 and those heuristic questions :faint:
Those so-called tests are held every 10 weeks (actually lesser). Sorry to rant, but very stressed.

Good morning Janet , I agreed with you . Having 2 kids it’s great joy especially we have one boy and one gal . But p1 too , no honeymoon chance . MT SA and follow by change of class based on result . Stress . I am working mum so not much time to coach .

Not easy being working mum. My younger one is a girl and she is totally different from my son. She is caring, considerate and also has mood swings.
If only the school can reduce the test in Aug, it will be one stress less for us parents. Bcos, the test is conducted not long after term 3 begins.

I agreed with you, my gal did not do well for her English so must put in more effort reading and writing . My boy improved for science . Lucky he is well behaved and willingly to study hard prepare for PSLE.

CHIJ definitely has no honeymoon. It's serious stuff from the day they step in. Fortunately the P and teachers are warm & dedicated. Daughter's form teacher followed her class up from last year. She's really good.
