:hi5: plum-cake!
The titles of science assessment books mentioned here are like 'candies' in a sweet shop to us mummies  lots of selections to short list and choose...like Candy Empire. I just took out A* science for son to start on once chapter on interactions is completed. -

You're welcome, HAPPYH. Different children would show different preferences to guides and books. What works for one may not necessarily work for another. You know your child best. When we are stuck with too many choices, stick to the ones you know that your child will most likely see thru to complete. The rest of the unopened ones you can hand down to younger siblings or sell here at the forum, so you can recycle the $ to buy for next year. :moneyflies:I realised that so many books I bought earlier need opening ceremony.
Thank you plum cake and buds for your feedback on nail those MCQs. -

Actually the unused ones donโt have to sold off, yet. From P3 to P6, the child needs constant revision. P3 SA1 will be testing what was taught earlier. P4 SA2 will test everything taught. Letโs not forget P5 too. Only when your child finishes PSLE, then you can sell off or hand down uncompleted books to younger kids.

Ya that is the consoling part for Science. Thank you. -

No worries...I mean it. When my son was in P5 last year, I asked HOD what will be tested for CA1. He said everything taught from P3.janet_lee88:

Yup.. it's true that everything tested from P3 content onwards. But if you don't sell and may not use.. plus might end up buying new publications.. by the time wanna sell off, it may already age a few years and juicy new ones pop up in our favourite bookstore. Might be a lil' outdated by then to sell at good price tho haven't opening ceremony. So, selling them early can recycle the $ to go for new ones when the itch comes again when eating snake at IMM.
HAPPYH.. u have younger kiddies to benefit from your \"collection\"?

No. I have only one child. Let me look positively. Hopefully she can finish most of it by next year. :xedfingers:janet_lee88:
