      Thanks BigDevil!

Can I still go for balloting via 2C after registering the school under 2B?

You will have to first withdraw from the 2B school, then you can

proceed to register at the 2C school.

But if you fail to get a place in the 2C school, there is no going back
to 2B school to claim the place you have given up.

Not within 1km. Because there are no gd school with 1km from where i stay. But I may move should i get the school of my choice tho ๐Ÿ™‚

Where do you stay? Well, if you mean getting the chance to pv, then to move or not, it depends on the 2B balloting statistics. If history shows that there is no need for balloting for that school, then the need to move is lower. If balloting shows within 2km, even moving nearer to the sch may not guarantee a spot, although at least there is a chance to ballot. For some popular schs, they wonโ€™t even consider your pv application unless you live within 1 or 2km.
