We are Permanent Residents living within 1km of St.Hilda’s. Is there any chance for our DD to get admission in Phase 2C?

Really? When will the Student Care be in operation? Any idea of who is the operator of the Student Care?

Frankly speaking, with the new ruling, you can safely omit this school from your list. Singapore Citizens staying 1-2 km will take up whatever places left, if any.

not sure when will it be operated and who is the operator. We just received the form to do the survey. Maybe if there is max student opt for it, they might consider to start operating the student care. I hope it can be done. I prefer the student care be close to the school, as now my daughter student care is far away.

BTW, anyone kid who is in TPS primary 1 got their kid name tag. I have not receive mind although i have paid for it before the school open. :roll:

Ya, after the new ruling came up, not only St hilda's, any other popular school also no chance. Under this Phase 2C, even singaporean also very difficult to get in.

for PR - St Hilda's Anglican school is out.
This is a much highly sought after, extremely popular school in Tampines, because it is a (mission school + GEP school).
By end of phase 2C, St Hilda would have been snapped up hotly by all Singapore citizen K2 kids. Balloting for St Hilda start - less than 1 km.

another popular school is Poi Ching (SAP school).
this year, monitor P1 registration figures closely, see which one still has vacancies then decide.

Thank you very much for your inputs. I am new to this process and in addition, I am not sure about the effect of the new changes based on citizenship (but anyway, I think it is right to give priority for citizens, only that I am confused). Any word of advice welcome.

Hi, i will be moving house by this year to Tampines, the sch near are less 1KM St Hilda, within 1KM Poi Ching and within 1KM Gongshang or use my sil address which she will be looking after my gal sch near my sil be Chongzheng / Yumin. Appreciate if you could advise which sch i should register her under 2C. thanks
