All About Birthday Parties

Thinking of celebrating 5 yr old DS in mac. But got budget constraint. Prob has 30 classmates and family friends coming. Problem is it will burst my budget if his classmates bring his siblings and parents too. Mac usually reserved some seats for parents. Does it means i must pay for everyone there? :moneyflies: :yikes:
Can anyone give me any idea what is appropriate?

For 5 year old parties more parents will 'hang around'. Sometimes the staff or host will take orders n serve those parents. For us we normally gather with a few others and order our own..Thinking of celebrating 5 yr old DS in mac. But got budget constraint. Prob has 30 classmates and family friends coming. Be prepared to pay more, especially for those 'play themed gym' where you pay per head.. My DS had his at Amazonia recently, cousins and siblings of invited guests simply tagged along..

I have never tried hiring a magician but yes, we have tried a story teller. For both my sons’ birthday, the budget is always below $300.

Magicians are a great way to entertain kids and keep them busy. Although I haven’t hired one, I have heard that magic shows are a big hit among kids and many parents actually hire them. Don’t know about the prices.

I’m looking for kid’s party organizer. Any good recommendations? Check the website and saw Fun Engineerz, Quinn, Magic Avenue, Magic Mighty, Magic empire, Balloon Spore etc…So many that I dun know which is good?

I gave DS KFC chicky club party at his Kindergarten when he was in K1.
28 child for less then $300. It was fun with chicky meal, game play and goodies bag…
all arranged by KFC.
DS still remember it till now.
The bad news is NO MORE CHICKY CLUB!! :,(
