Hi, I am trying to become a grassroot leader for just 1 year to qualify for P2B. How to convince my chairman to make me a membre? If the chairman suspects that I am being too kiasu, can he kick me out of the committee? How easy is it to get into or out of the RC? Is it entirely the discretion of the chariman? Can I request the secretary or advisor to expedite my case?

This might not be the path for you if you have this thinking and purely for P2B purpose. People will start to talk about your motive after you quit right after P2B registration. I can tell you news spread very fast & efficient within the estate and even the constituency. You stay in the same estate and will definitely bounce to other committee members if future. You might feel awkward?!? -
at least join for 3 years lah. 2 years before registration. upon successful be active for 1 year and slowly exit the committee. You may give reasons such as overseas employment, move to in-law’s house in other estate, 90% business trip, night study, etc…

Anyone can advise what will happen after the GRL applied for the endorsement letter online?
PA will send the letter to you directly?
OR
PA will send the letter to your CO and your CO Director will get the Advisor to sign before pass to you?
Typically how long does it take from the online application to receiving the letter? -

I have gotten my letter from CO director within 2weeks of online submission. I understand that CO will consolidate all application for advisor approval, once approved, CO director will prepare the letter.Anyone can advise what will happen after the GRL applied for the endorsement letter online?

Usually within 2 weeks you should hear from PA on the collection of letter. If by now still not, it's very late.

Can I ask on what basis is the appeal? Have your advisor endorsed on your appeal? I believe without advisor approval, your appeal will be returned to your CO/Chairman. -
Think the advisor had sign on the appeal and now awaiting PA to get back!
