Does it shows how many applicants are Singpaore citizen and PR? I just came across this thread and was surprised to learn the take up rate just for the phase 1. Worst, someone guess that there will be balloting for Phased 2B within 1 km. This is before phased 2A!

For me I will try the 2B first, if it's unsuccessful then go for the latter (sg got absolute priority).
