Balance 56 seats divided equally for Phase 2B & Phase 2C -

Pei Hwa should be 71 registered for 2A2. Which means 27-28 each for 2B and 2C.

HPPS: 75 taken up at phase 2A2. (After a phone call to HPPS)
Left with 23 vacancies for phase 2B & 2C, meaning 12 for phase 2B, 11 for phase 2C.
