Hi! I believe Frontier Pri had balloting for phase2C last year. May I know for what distance, <1km or 1-2km? Think it was 278 applicants for 235 vacancies.

Nothing wrong with the MOE website,

220 Vacancies break into two phases: 110 for 2B and 110 for 2C

If you look at the new school vacancies (Westwood pri.) you will get into a clearer picture.
