I found it very helpful to my understanding. Some highlights:

\"... Giftedness can be observed in the first three years by rapid progression through the developmental milestones. These milestones should be documented and taken seriously as evidence of giftedness...\"

Just checked the letterbox..disappointed..still haven't received it..

:x. My DH checked now on the way to send my DS to CC , postman has come but no MOE letter .

FYI, What I know if at all school receives any Courier FROM MOE it is in afternoons... so guys you can check with current school also later afternoon ....
