Hi, anyone looking for a home near Henry Park or Mount Sinai?

Are you a property agent or planning to sell your property? If so, please do it at the appropriate section - Market Place.

        No sales pitch here.

          Thanks for your reply.

          I am really confused.

I check One Map again just now. My home is in red color and within 1 km again. I save the web page and print out the map as evidence.

How can One map make change everyday?
Hi Rex, yr address must be very very close to the 1km mark.
Maybe during daytime, things expands and contract in the evening. No offense. Do let us know the outcome.

            Hi all,

            An example.

Person A lives more than 2km from the school that she wants to try. So she rents a place less than 1km and changes the address on IC. After successfully getting the P1 slot, she lets the rent period cease and stay back the original more than 2km.

            Questions:
            1) Can person change the address to the rental place without selling her original more than 2km house?

            2) Is this within the limits to the whole game?

            Thanks :boogie:

Person A must shift in to the rental place, else if get caught, child will be transfered out.

Whether person A can rent a place without existing, that would depends on what is the existing place, and for HDB, when was it bought

                  Hi,

                  I need advise.

I am to register my girl in 2C in Shuqun primary using my yet-to-complete property address. As confirmed by the developer that the T.O.P is within the 2 years, meaning by end 2014. And i all along thought as long as we move in within 2 years, will be alright to register using new address. But i just found out that MOE only see the date stated on the S & P agreement even though the developer has confirmed that TOP will be much earlier or even issue a letter also no use.

Anyone can advise me if that’s true??

                  thanks.

You may use the new address so long as you are able to prove that the new property will TOP by the end of your child's P2 year.

                      Thanks.

But yesterday i called MOE and they said they only see the date stated on the S & P agreement. If i produced a letter from the developer, also cannot. This really confused me as now i don't know if i should register my girl at Shuqun now.

I only knew i had to sign an undertaking letter that i will move in by the end of my kid's P2.

                      Anyone with similar problem ?

                        J_popo,

The date stated in ur S&P, is it within 2yrs? Is this date different frm the TOP date?
