So far as i know, there’s people yet to be registered, probably waiting for last hour rush…

As at 10.30am, yes! 23 SC and 2 PR applied. If you are not among those that had already applied, there may be balloting risk.

You have to standby if you intend on switching and monitor the situation closely.
