We have yet to see the letter from MOE. Called her current school they also do not have the info.

I think Rosyth should not have problem.. especially if it is the nearest from your house... unless if is further away.
For me, I indicated in the form that CHS is easiest access for my DS. At the same time indicated in the form that since he is studying Higher Chinese, it will be more appropriate for CHS as it is SAP school... -

My DS this year AM session... normally up by 6am to be able to reach Anderson at 7am. For Khatib to CHS, heard that have to leave home by 6.30am...
