I forgot to answer your question on roomba price. I bought it from local dealer at (780 series) at $1194 or $1148 (can't quite recall). The online store is much cheaper.

Also does the robot got stuck & stop? My robot kept stopping in my room when it got stuck under a cramp furniture with 4 legs. Or stuck between the aircon trunking & floor.

The one I bot was made in PRC. Where was the COO for roomba & scooba?

The floor needs to be prep for the robot to move around. Mine got stuck once in a long while when I am not careful about preparing the place. Generally the roomba can maneuver itself out of tight spots or over slight humps. Even though the robot can run between the legs of the chairs, I find it better to stack 'em up to allow the floor to be cleaned better. Can u try to place something to block the robot from getting into the zircon trunking area?

The scooba is more sensitive. Moves more slowly and not so agile to get out of tight spots. For e.g. the grooves of my sliding glass door is a problem for scooba but not for roomba. So use something to block or use the virtual walls (comes with the scooba)

All in all, after you get used to their abilities and habits, and prep the place for them, it will soon become a breeze. My DD has learned to spot big pieces of rubbish e.g. paper, strings etc and pick 'em up immediately.

COO-not sure what that is.

My robot has no problem with other rooms & area except my room which is more cluttered. Especially the bed side table which is a small square with 4 legs. But the robot managed to get out of the small area after trying to turn & bang onto the legs. I have to think how to block the the aircon trunking area. Due to the squeezing through, my robot has scratches on its body already

Can the scooba really clean very well with that small piece of cloth for the whole house? I still mop by hand.

Btw, do u stay in big house? Seems like u have quite a number of robots. Really need that many?
