Generally PR are being place in 4th, 5th & 6th position when there is balloting situation.


(1) SC (1km)
(2) SC (1km-2km)
(3) SC (2km above)
(4) PR (1km)
(5) PR (1-2km)
(6) PR (2km above)

Looking at Radin Mas Primary, balloting maybe for SC (2km above) & SC (1km).

Thank snggk. Where did u get the info abt the no of SCs and PRs? Is the school providing such info if enquired? So it means that PRs don't even get a chance for balloting?

Hi Laya. I called rmps to enquire. They will provide the info if enquired. Yes, PRs no chance even to ballot. Even SCs outside 2km also no chance to ballot.

Sorry, I mean SC <1km, SC 1-2km? I under phase 2B 1-2km as I'm using my in law's addy which is within 1km.. Need to ballot feel stress nw

Thanx snggk. So i hope the schools will be providing such info abt the no of SCs and PRs in the upcoming phases too so that it will be useful for the parents to decide whether to try there r to move to another school.

Can anyone advice me abt the procedure to withdraw from one school & register in another one in the same phase.

Need not be too worried because rmps staff siew leng told me 25 SCs for 1-2 km vying for 24 vacancies

So balloting for those staying at 1km to 2km where 25 fight for 24 places? Chances is 24/25 is 96%! :nailbite:

To be honest, I would feel sorry for the one person who will not be successful in this balloting round ... it's like the feeling of being so close, but yet still miss the mark :heartbroken:

Can the school create an additional slot for every 1 and eliminate balloting at 2B???
