There is some parent and child bonding day on 21 July.

There will be games to foster bonding between parent and child.
Will most parents be going?
My gal does not want me to go. She said first of all the event will not interest me and secondly there is no need for extra bond as she feels that the bond between us is strong.

I attended this morning session, quite good, at least manage to get few parents contacts for closed classmate of my DS.
Found out that Class 1F is the best academic class among all S1.

Can i know what do u mean by best , isit based on class ave GPA or what ?
Cant be based on their PSLE agg T score, right ? ....since 1 F is not the 2 SBGE classes.
If based on class ave GPA, then it happened to my gal's year as well,
as her class ave GPA surpassed one of the SBGE classes.

How is your child's performance for mid year exam?

Heard that the whole cohort did badly for it and I am quite worry for them.

But some told me is very common for 1st exam in JC1.

Only 1/4 of the whole cohort of JC 1 passed the Econ exam.

For chemistry exam, half of the level scored ‘U’.

My DD is taking CSC and their lesson will end at 5.15 twice a week.

Otherwise, will be able to leave the Sch around 3+.

My dd is in Y5, she does not wan to take Econ
as she mentioned Econ is a tough subject to score A in A level.
She had surveyed last 2 years A level results and found that the whole
cohort incl elite school did not do well for Econ.
although her maths is good.

So she rather skip that subject and focus point entry for Uni
although she might not stand better chance to go into Business.

No I am not gg…my dd mentioned 10mins only to meet 1 teacher plus have to
book time slot.

Therefore, decided not to go.
