Hi, yes I will be applying for 2C this year. With regard to BASC, I think the closest might be Town4Kids, where my daughter is currently enrolled in K2. They do seem to handle some Qifa students in the mornings...

Are u going to use their BASC service? do you know if they supervise pri kids' homework while there. I am apprehensive about BASC that is a childcare as I have personally seen childcare teachers getting Primary kids to take care of the children instead.

I have my inlaws living with me, so they take over the BASC role. I am not sure how Town4Kids works with regard to BASC...best to inquire directly with them. Qifa is only a short walk away.

Just curious…anyone have the registration numbers for Qifa…late afternoon queue numbers? We were queue #51 this morning at 10am and I have heard that the response was good today. I called the school this evening and they told me "they hadn’t counted yet" but that there were some places left.

NH day 2 @930am, 5 more registrated, Total 42SC within 1km for 16seat now.

If Qifa goes to balloting, it will likely only be for PR and possibly for SC beyond 2 km. One of my neighbours (Russian, daughter is PR) applied yesterday too (my daughter is SC). Ironically, their block is within 1 km from Nan Hua...mine is just across the pool and is outside 1 km.

OK…so it looks like the P1 registration saga is over and Qifa is totally full at the end of 2C…with possibly balloting for PR? 126 applicants for 125 places…any news? Just curious…
