Only if they are enrolled in IP schools and take the SBGE programmes in these schools.

If only one third is given EESIS, does it mean mainstream students who score 265 & above won't get it? & for GE student who has gotten CO fm RI, dun really need to score in PSLE & will still get it?

I don't think it's one-third of EACH school, but one-third of the total no. of students in INDEPENDENT (not IP) schools.
