One question.. it is advisable to bring DD to the school during registration? Wanted to let DD to see the school environment.. but not sure will it be good or not..

btw, SHPS - any update???

FYI, SHPS will be at temp school @ old Bedok Soth Sec for 2 years (2013/2014). I feel it's ok to bring her along but the campus will not be what she is seeing next year.

Good luck

Hi, just to confirm.

Will be there be a different to register in the first day or last day?
No first come first serve right?

No first come first serve. If demand > supply, depends on SC or PR, then proximity from school kicks in.

Fairfield have 39 Singaporeans within 1km and therefore

Likely to have ballot within 1km Singaporean.
Vacancy only 31.

This figure includes those that registered online?

Hi Oh My Gosh,

Thanks for the re-confirmation as that is my understanding too. I called the school to ask no. of applicants so far. I was advised by the admin staff that they \"will close\" applications if the no. of applicants hit the no. of available places. I nearly fell of my chair upon hearing that. When I probed again, the staff told me that they will not encourage parents to register if places already exceeded vacancies available.....applications still open till 1 Aug 2012....pheewwww
