If moe able to breakdown the details for all the applicants will be better. We can’t really plan strategy without knowing the details.
E.g
1) 100 applicants for 50 < 1km, 25 > 2km and 25 PR
2) 100 applicants all staying < 1km -

there is ONI 57 child reg! So Wat does tat means?
