total vacancy is 58 … likely ballot for 1-2km.

total for 1km and 1-2km aplicants for SC is now 88.

If we have successfully registered in Phase 2B via PV and would like to withdraw now to try Phase 2C of a more popular school, is it still possible?

Possible, but you have to withdraw at the school which you got a place under Phase 2B, before making a new registration under Phase 2C. Not to forget the risk as you will be fighting with a bigger pool of registrants... if you failed to get in Phase 2C, you might not be able to get back the seat in the first school.

Once withdraw, the vacancy will go into P2C pool. Do consider carefully. There is no turning back.
