Either parent but both NRIC must present and sign on the withdrawal form.

You will only be able to apply with schools which still have vacancies in P2CS. In the event where demand exceeds supply, there will still be balloting.

Yes, the school will still looking at distance. However, for
This year, if the number of applications exceeds the number of vacancies in a specific phase, SCs will be admitted first ahead of PRs, before home-school distance is considered.
