As discussed by others in other threads here, its also the company. The jump in applications P2B and P2C so far for some of the branded schs has been quite amazing, esp those within 1 km. SCGS will only get hotter in the future with the IP status and its also the top 1 or 2 sec sch based on O levels results. ACSJ will likely follow SCGS trend bec of the new residential projects in the area. Remember not so long ago, it used to be a safe passage for those within 1km of these schs.

48 within 1km.
2 for 1-2km
9 for out of 2km.

Maybe PR. Based on previous years experience, action starts tomorrow pm session. in all likelihood, there will be balloting for the two 2 ACS schs for 1km, bec in addition to switching, there will always be some who will make their move in the last 1-2 hours. Just need another 5-10 parents to make their move and the whole situation will change. It was previously reported that last year there was late change in SJI vacancies for 1km.
