I did a count as at Jul 31.. total 34330 has registered from Phase 1 to 2C based on MOE website. Guessed the total number of figures should be in the range of 40K to 45K.

But I saw the updated from moe website, it’s over subscribed.I 'm staying outside 2km. So can I cancelled the registration, and register with other school.
