I just drove by to check the RGPS status, it was 43 applicants for 42 vaccancies as at 4:30pm. I was so happy at first as it was 42 applicants for 42 vacancies but last minute, an Indian couple came by and that was it, P2C has to go into balloting! OMG!!!

Oh dear! Is the balloting for < 1km for 43 applicants to 42 seats or limited to just 1-2km and > 2km?
