How about CHIJ? I called earlier was told that the quote exceed. 103 applicants register. But she mentioned 1-2km still safe. So you stay put at RM.

Yes total about 57 consist of 1km & 1-2km which are in the safe zone for CHIJ Kellock.

This year's registration is kind of unexpected, outcome no longer can estimate base on past three years data. Can someone provide birth rate for 2007,2008, must do the planing now.

The birthrates do not tell you anything. Suggest you try target the area that you are looking at & I believe the forum members can share thier input.

Yes this year P1 registration a lot of unexpected situation surface out. School like Gan Eng Seng 1st time exceeds the quota. Meaning demand more than supply.

How about GESP? I heard school has SA1, SA2,CA1,CA2 starting P1? higher Chinese start p3?

please search and go to thread on GAN ENG SENG PRIMARY SCHOOL.... it seems like one parent say higher chinese starts at P2..... i am not sure abt SA and CA at P1, P2....

so far comments abt the school seems overall positive..... principal seems good.....

anyway i am also trying to find out more abt the school so if any 1 has experience with that school, do share.... tks.....

On tues night, moe website showed 110 total applicants for ph 2c for rmps but last night reduced to 84 because the school called those no chance to even ballot to withdraw, not to waste their chance. Quite ethical of rmps to do that

I posted about balloting for RMPS under phase 2C but I think no need to try liao since Im 1-2km away.

My next best alternative will be GES already. Gog by the stats yday posted by someone there is a good chance since its like 120+ places versus 140+ applicants?
Correct me if im wrong.

Btw im doing homework for next year's registration - same as you Dino

Other alternative will be Queenstown Pri but I am >2km away..but i think it is not that hot? Can I use my mother's home address because she is 1km away only ( i think)
