I think very difficult to DIY , I went 3 yrs ago, no one speak English. Mayb difficult to take own transport to ski resort. Navigating in Seoul is still a bit possible with hardly Eng signs.

Anyone who has contact for local day tour to everland n ski field, kindly share with us šŸ™‚

yes actually DIY is not easy, hv to do own research & planning. going around in seoul is much easier, their mrt network is fantastic. brings u almost anywhere in seoul.

if u intend to DIY, u can reach Everland by bus or tour bus. of coz the cheapest is by public bus. if u check their website, they have a list of tour companies which offers transport to & from Everland, mainly just to send u there & fetch u back at a certain time. Its much cheaper compare to joining a tour to Everland whereby they will make some stops at sourvenir shops for u to shop.

for ski resort, u can try http://www.winterfriend.com/.
alternatively, try snow sledding in Everland if your kids are still young.

otherwise just join our local tour, if u going in dec, most of the package will include ski resort.

Mummy chia, the web info is really gd. Thks.

            But is it reliable?

I only thinking of snow sled, so which resort to choose to enjoy lots of snow n just play sled or slide.

I have not tried booking this website as my upcoming trip is in nov (autum), not in winter so not visiting any ski resort. I chanced upon this website while doing my research & was recommended by forummers in trip advisor, including some singaporeans. So i guess should be reliable. I have bookmark this for my future trips to Korea. my kids are still young so even if my next trip is during winter, i would probably just bring them to Everland for snow sledding instead of ski resort. I tried skiing in US last time & its really pretty tough, will wait till my kids are abit older.

I cant advise which resort to choose but Yongpyong is the most popular among their locals & tourist, but its quite far.

                Hi,

Can anyone advise which Travel agent provides children friendly and fun package tour to experience winter and snow fun in Korea?

Any comments for ASA Holiday 8 Days Winter Wonderland & NANTA + JEJU (KSSJ)?

we are going korea in Dec with 3 children, age 12, 6 and 4. we signed up with dynasty. itinerary here (http://www.dynastytravel.com/home/index_sub.php?id=121) not sure if it is the same as ASA?

will be going to everland, lotte world, water park and ski resort, which I believe the kids will like it.

Thanks, the package is quite costly from 1988 onward not including tax. I heard many says Genting Holidays is cheaper among all the Travel Agents. But not sure how is their service like. This itinerary has everything that I am looking for http://www.gentingholiday.com.sg/pdf/7DLetItSnow.pdf.

Should I wait for NATA fair to decide and most of them told me they will increase price during that time. Is it true?
