Hi, my daughter is in P4 at HGS this year. Her CCAs are drama club and swimming for this year - they are allowed to change CCAs yearly so that they can try new things. My younger girl will be entering P1 next year there as well.Seems like my girl is the eldest one...hmm

What would you like to know about the school? -
Hi hi everyone,
My girl was also successfully enrolled into haig girls too.
It was not exactly our first choice because of the distance but we like the school and believe it will be the right school.
Now some headache over the transportation.
And glad that someone is trying to revive the thread! -
Hihi everyone,
My dd enrolling p1 next year too.
Congrats to all who manage to get a place :rahrah:
And best of luck to the rest who needs to ballot! -
Love the cosy school environment and glad I made this choice though it wasn’t 1st choice school. Now also having headache over transportation and student care.
Anyone has good student care near HGS to recommend? -
Hi hazelnutzs,
There will be some transport companies in school canteen during the orientation so u can check out the routes n pricing.
As for student care, there is 1 jus opp HGS. It is situated inside a church. I think there r quite a number of girls going there too.
Hope this helps. -

For P1, it is not compulsory to have CCA.
But I did let her take up swimming n speech n drama as enrichment programs. -

Does your girl come home late everyday with the CCA & maybe extra lessons by teachers?
I m worried that in future, if my girl has to stay back in school, she will come home late & will not have the time to do her school work, etc..
