gekkhim:
when we are looking around for korea packages last month. the lady also did mention that normally NATA fair will be abit more ex.
Thanks, the package is quite costly from 1988 onward not including tax. I heard many says Genting Holidays is cheaper among all the Travel Agents. But not sure how is their service like. This itinerary has everything that I am looking for http://www.gentingholiday.com.sg/pdf/7DLetItSnow.pdf.
Should I wait for NATA fair to decide and most of them told me they will increase price during that time. Is it true?
just received a sms from chan brothers on 1-for-1 deal. maybe u wanna check? -
Hi
I m also bringing my 3 kids n hv booked with ctc.
May b u can chk with ctc on their kids fly free promo. -
The getting holidays iti very packed. 7 days to squeeze in jeju likely is touch n go type. Very tiring. Anyway, for cheaper package usu food n hotel not as good , I had experienced such package fr smaller agency before. I believe Dynasty travel hotel n food is great.
I joined Chan B Korea 3 yrs ago. Not bad
but this yr will check out other agency likely ASA cos heard Korea package not bad or ctc etc but just remember pay peanuts ,get monkeys... So be extra careful even if big agency run promo cos likely hotel quality drop to cover their high cost. -
Hi there, can i check anyone went to Jeju before? I planning DIY Free n Easy. Is it worth to go? Cos thinking of touching down Incheon Airport, then go to another airport to take the flight again to Jeju, quite tiring>

I’m also doing free & easy but only to seoul for this trip. Personally I think jeju is a very nice place not to be missed. I suggest u look up trip advisor for advice & recommendation, as most ppl here are into local package tour instead of DIY. -
Hi,
I’ve booked my air ticket with Korean Air, F&E, with my family 7adults 5 little ones this dec. would like to chk which hotel is nearest to shopping district/mrt. Walking distance to local eateries & street shopping. So we can walk to shop & eat while the kids r sleeping at night
Thanks! -

Hi applejuz
I booked Metro hotel in myeongdong. Very near to eateries, mrt & the airport bus stop. -
Thanks Mummy Chia,
will take a look out. -
Hi mummy chia,
Thanks, I’ve checked with that hotel but their bigger rooms are all fully booked?
Any 2nd opinion?
Would Ibis or Prince be good choice too?
It’ll be winter and I’ve got a 1yo toddler in my grp, so must choose easy to access place. Thanks in advance. -

though metro hotel is a small hotel, given their rates & location, the rooms are always fully booked. i booked mine months ago earlier this year.
in terms of location, personally i prefer ibis (actually metro is just abt next door), the airport bus stops directly infront of the hotel & mrt is just a stone throw away. eateries & shopping is right at door step. but i think their rooms are small & price is abit ex.
for prince hotel, actually its not that bad, there are also eatries nearby but the airport bus stops opp the hotel so u have to cross the road.
i'm not sure if u are taking the airport bus or charter a taxi since u are quite a big group. maybe u can check both hotels regarding room rates & availability of rooms since its peak season in dec.
