hi all, we'll be moving to punggol place sometime in the second or third qtr. my daughter will be going to p1 next year. what r the chances for her to get into this school on a transfer basis? any suggestions on doing PV? just too confused seeing the overwhelming response this year.
any recommendations for good schools in punggol. she is already regi into a primary school where we are residing currently.

Hi npd, looking at the reponses, the school should be full cap this year. So unless there are students transfer to other schools, otherwise there won't be any vacancy. I would suggest 1) make your request early to the school (they will have a waiting list) 2) Maybe you like to find out the other new primary schools like punggol green and punggol view. Their chances of transfer should be higher. Cheers... -
thanks...unfortunately the two new ones dont have tamil language. my girl is a SC, so thought she wouldnt have problems getting into schools within 1km...but i see all the schools within 1 km having tamil have gone in for balloting except for edgefield and there too, the applications are equal to vacancies. i am really wondering how we will manage next year
just praying she doesnt have to travel too far. -
