I was one of those who got balloted out in 2B MGS but eventually got in under 2C balloting. Towards the last few balls to be picked it was quite tensed, as both twins balls had not been picked. A better result would have been a twin ball being picked last, instead of second last, cos that would mean that the available number of places got increased by 1.. Anyway, I am just so relieved that after two rounds of balloting my daughter finally got into MGS!

There are HDB properties within 1.2 km of MGS...but the prices are fantastic.

Prices are more 'affordable' for ACJS but still only within 1 - 2 km

Me too Spikey...we balloted P2B this year. Surprisingly though, the odds for P2C were higher/better than P2B! Was really surprised so few applications for P2C within 1km compared to previous years.

I sincerely hope all those balloted out in P2B were successful in P2C.

Toh Yi prices are getting exorbitant. But prices of HDB at Farrer Rd is no better...especially with MRT circle line at doorstep. That is district 10. Prime.
No HDB near Rgps either.

I think getting into RGPS higher chance than sgs or MGS cos the latter 2 schools' old girls probably become tai tai n stay home n make (more) babies while RGPS prob more career women.
