      Hi,

Would like to share my experience.

My girl (P1) was in Kinderland Civic Centre Childcare from N1 to K2.
During her last two years there, the standard of teaching (keep changing teachers! :stupid: ) and service dropped tremendously. Luckily, her class teacher were ok and she was
about to graduate, so did not move her out (mainly bcos I like the curriculum). I had to be very on-the-ball keeping tab with her progress everyday!

So if anyone wants to join the Childcare, do drop in personally without prior notice. You may need a couple of visits to see for yourself. If you have \"insiders\" (friends' kids already there) to provide feedback will be best.

Check the teachers' turnover rate - extremely important! Otherwise your child's development will be severly impact. :stupid:

You may rather consider its 3-hour playgroup/Kindergarten section instead. According to my friend who's child switched from Childcare to the
Playgroup, the teachers are better and less turnover.

Strength & Adv. of Kinderland Civic Centre:

      1. High standard of cleanliness and safety.
      2. Excellent curriculum (all-rounded)
      3. Strong Chinese Teachers.
      4. 90% Chinese children, the remaining foreigners, maybe one Indian/or Malay. (All students have to learn Chinese regardless of race/nationality)

      5. Maintain strict teacher:student ratio

      N1/N2 (Nursery Level 1/2), K1/K@ (Kindergarten Level 1/2)
      N1 (3 yo) -> N2 (4yo) -> K1 (5yo) -> K2 (6yo) šŸ˜„

Of course at Kinderland Civic Centre, it's really convenient as

there are many learning centres (you may need to send your little ones to ICANREAD @ K1). Plus a big Regional Library, NTUC, banks and even a NTUC medical centre in case of emergency. Causeway Point is just across the road  (Shop Shop..)

highly recommend MYMCA at woodlands st 83.trs there r v reponsible n loving and the principal is also a v down to earth lady

Hi, my son used to attend MYMCA but I pulled him out when he was like 3.5 yrs old & trf to Learning Vision at Vista Pt. At one pt in time, teachers from MYMCA kept changing until it was so stressful for my son. He has to adapt to different teachers almost every month. NOt sure if they are still having this problem for Nursery class. Overall the teachers are patience, centre is clean & non aircon. Classroom is spacious enough for the toddlers to runabout. Food menu is average. Personally I don't really like the principal.

Learning Vision is good, teachers are patience. My son picked up his chinese & english really well after I trf him from MYMCA to Learning Vision. I must admit that the school fee is expensive.

do take note that the mmi at vista point is very result oriented

Hi, I equired MMI @Vista Pt before. No subsidy for working mothers. Child has to sit for test before they will accept you. The teachers want to see where your child stand. I find them too proud & didn't consider at all

might be a bit late to enrol in PCF.

u might want to consider star tots, appletree and smiling stars.
