If you have time to bake a cake, you can try this recipe for eggless chocolate cake. I use for most of my cakes and even my son's 1st birthday party. No one could tell it was eggless.
Dense enough for fondant frosting.

Have no recipe on eggless cakes. But will google. Never try making a cake without egg. Maybe when I'm free, hehehe, free to KSP but not free to make cake.....
