Charsen, I do not understand questions as I think my brain turned rusty. I also did not have time to buy books, cause I have 13 homework left to hand in by the end of the weeks.

Pls know that link 3 and link 4 is from the same question. Link 3 have a missing option, which can be found on top of link 4's question.

Appeciated if you can reply fast
      Hi
I see that you have many science homework to do.I am going to give a clue for each question. If you can find the answer using the clue, good for you.If not, reply and i will explain in detail.
Q1.This is a simple one.the clue is that the word north should appear towards the side of the north of the magnet. Thus, answer is (4)

Q2.Look at the circuit tester with the points labeled. That shows that this is the connection to light up the bulb. With that solve the question.Hint,B and F would it light up?Think.

Q3.You know that the ball has gravitational potential energy when it is about to be dropped.Do you think after you drop the ball, the gravitational potential energy would be converted to chemical potential energy? What energy would it convert to?

Q4.The answer is (4).You could only measure the height of the metal disc bounced to with the ruler. That is the DEPENDENT variable. You could only use the dependent variable or the independent variable to estimate the level of energy.

Q5.The clue is Up and Down. With this,You can find where they started. It is up and down,up and down.Using this Clue, you can visualize the trend of the graph.

Q6.Answer is (3).This is using maths,Units and parts.Assuming that the amount of chemical potential energy in each nutA and nutC has 9u and 3u respectively.9 nuts c have 27 units of chemical potential energy.3 nut A have 27 units too. This shows that amount of chemical potential energy in 9 nut c is equal to in three nut a.

Take a break and do your homework when your mind is free and fresh. And do not be overwhelmed by the questions in the homework.Take time to read the questions.
      Cheers

                Hi
For mcq questions,Try to identify the topic the question is tested and the concept in one minute or less.Once you find these,it will take a few seconds to finish the answer.
                Take question 1 for example.

                Q1.Topic:Web of life.Concept:Interdependency in animals
Answer is (1) since aphids are eaten by lady birds which is true.Aphids is not eaten by frog.
Try this method for the other three questions. All the best for your PSLE.
                Cheers

Answer is 3, because the table top is parallel to the ground.

Gravity only needs to be overcome (in order to move) when the surface is tilted and the object is traveling against gravity (upwards).

Thanks mamago. One more question. What is the direction of the magnetic force between the steel table top and magnet?
