I give you the Q39, but I give them separately, in pictures and questions as I do not have enough space to photo, otherwise it will be too small to read.

The pictures is on top of the questions.

The ORGANISM X question, is about the parts in it, right?
      Hi
For the organism X Question, you are right. And remember,to compare the parts with the fish.
For Q39,the question is quite tricky.
For a)The light source shines on the light trap when there is no smoke blocking the light path. Thus, light is not reflected to the light sensor. When there is smoke,it will block the light's path between the light source and the light trap. Therefore, light would be reflected to the light sensor.Since the light sensor detected more light than normal,it would set off the alarm.

b)The smoke detector could not differenciate between smoke and the large cloud of flour. It only alarms as long the light path is blocked and the light is reflected to the light sensor.Since the large cloud of flour is blocking the light path, the alarm was set off.

I am a PSLE student and my niche area is science. Thus,if there is something wrong in my answer, please bear it.I will try not to make mistakes.
      Cheers

Since you also a PSLE student, I can still correct your spelling, use distinguish instead of differentiate, it might be more specific.

Yes, of course. Anything at least one is a population, except it is same kind but different stage of life cycle.

                No.
It could be considered as only a living organism.A population is considered 2 or more of the same species living in the same community. The young of the species is also considered in the population. Therefore, your teacher is absouletely right.
                cheers

                        Hi
The answer is (2).C is not correct as the heated flame heats up the air surrounding the front of rod x since the flame is in front of rod x.Thus, the heated flame does not cause the heated air to move the rod x near to the magnet.Instead,it should push the rod behind which is false. Therefore,C is wrong and the only answer could be a and b.
                        cheers.
