So what is your first choice of school? If ur firsdt choice of schoolis one whose COP is below 257, then u will surely get that school and NJC as second choice is more of a safety net.

I was looking at NJC as first choice to try if this year's COP gets a lower than 259.

Any NJC parents, please advice ....
        Its HCI.
RV is my Safety net, at choice 3.

You can add in HMT for HCI.

If 257 + 2 for HMT, then there is a high chance you will get into HCI.

Think HCI, you need 263 lah.

                Really, my score is 257+2.
And //VitoRelax, the normal entry score (averagely) is actually 260. With the \"not so well\" score this year, I think it will remain as 259. (last year is 259) And raffles girls is the 263 one.
Its all detailed in your book moe gave out to us, or you can access the school info app at moe.edu.sg

For those reporting at NJC this morning, can confirm if the sch has taken in 188 students @ this morning? I am trying to guage our chance of successful appeal.

Hubby said the pin-up on the white board tallied 188 students accepted.

They are taking in 200 Sec 1 students this year, confirmed by Principle.

Wah, u so free to count ah? Never crossed our minds, and the boards all disappeared by 10+am when we were done. Yah, the principal only mentioned in her address that those in the lecture theatre are among the privileged 200 accepted by njc. Nothing abt 188.

I did not see the notice. Hubby was the one who told me this after we got back home.

We reached NJC around 9.30am. I think all pupils n parents were already in the lecture hall for the principal's briefing.
